How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches Acidwide Restoration should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience phoning or contacting Acidwide Restoration
- The way your personal information was handled
- Content on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Be aware that Acidwide Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@acidwide.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Send It
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Satisfied?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
