Reach Homeowners Who Need Help

Acidwide Restoration is a referral service, not an employer. We do not hire staff or run crews. Instead, we connect independent water damage providers with homeowners in the Greater Houston area who are looking for help. If you run your own restoration business, joining the network can put you in touch with homeowners facing new water damage.

Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who handle real jobs from start to finish. That includes:

• Water extraction and structural drying
• Flooded basement cleanup
• Moisture checks and documentation
• Mold-related follow-up where appropriate

You should serve at least part of the Greater Houston area and be able to describe your service area clearly.

What We Expect

Homeowners who reach out to us are often first-timers. They are stressed and unfamiliar with the process. We ask every provider in the network to meet a few basic standards:

• Hold the licenses and insurance required for your work in Texas
• Explain each step in plain language
• Provide written estimates
• Document damage with photos and notes that can support a claim
• Be honest about timing and availability
• Respect the homeowner's right to compare options

You own your work. You are responsible for the quality of every job.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@acidwide.garden with:

• Your business name and the services you offer
• The towns or areas you cover
• Proof of licensing and insurance
• The preferred way to reach you for homeowner calls

We review each application and reply with next steps. Approval is not automatic, and we cannot promise a set number of referrals.

Questions?

If you want to know how referrals work before you apply, email contact@acidwide.garden. Ask about service areas, job types or how the referral fee works. We will answer plainly.
