Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Acidwide Restoration works and how it earns money. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Acidwide Restoration Is

Acidwide Restoration is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent water damage restoration providers. We do not do water extraction, structural drying, basement cleanup, mold remediation, repairs or any other restoration work.

When you use the phone number on this website or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may instead go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Acidwide Restoration for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. Payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand Alone

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Acidwide Restoration. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement, and we make no promise about its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You have no duty to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
